Police said the suspect, whose kidnapping syndicate abduct children and sell them into slavery, stole a one-year-old girl, identified as Fatimah Yahaya, from her mother.
A notorious kidnapping ring leader, Mrs. Abiigail Nwakama, popularly known as Madam Cash, has been arrested by the Delta State police.
According Sahara Reporters, the command paraded Nwakama before newsmen on Saturday, September 10.
Police said the suspect, whose kidnapping syndicate abduct children and sell them into slavery, stole a one-year-old girl, identified as Fatimah Yahaya, from her mother after paying her mother N3,000.
She was said to have sold the little girl to a pastor in Anambra State for N400,000.
